For 25 years I built the data and BI backbone for companies across the US — from a Fortune 500 logistics operation to fast-scaling tech teams. I learned what makes a data organization actually work, and what quietly makes it fail.
By 2025 something had shifted. AI was no longer a feature you added to a product — it could be the team that builds the product. So I founded RavenCoreX: an AI-native studio where teams of AI agents are the workforce, not a tool on the side. We design AI automation, ship our own B2B products, and deliver data & analytics — at a speed and cost structure a traditional shop can't reach.
My job today isn't to write the code. It's to set the vision, choose what we build, and hold the bar on quality — while orchestrating the AI teams that do the building. We start in LATAM and build for the US market: world-class delivery, without the world-class overhead.
